Cecilio Rodriguez

Bio

Mr. Rodriguez is the Chief Financial Officer of ComVest. Mr. Rodriguez joined the firm in May of 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodriguez was a Senior Vice President / Corporate Controller for the Jet Aviation Group, an $800 million multinational corporate aviation services company. Mr. Rodriguez has served in senior financial management positions for the past 20 years, primarily in the financial services and healthcare fields for both private and public companies. In those positions, Mr. Rodriguez has participated in several merger and acquisition transactions, including subsequent integration of acquired businesses. Mr. Rodriguez started his career with Deloitte & Touche where he rose to the rank of Manager in the audit department. He became a licensed CPA in Florida in 1982.
