Daria Becker

Bio

Ms Becker joined Prospect Street in 1998 and oversees the firm's operations, finances and investor relations. In addition, she manages the incubation of portfolio companies, working with their management and investors. She is one of the founders of Prospect Street Broadband. From 1985 to 1998, Ms Becker ran a family office which specialized in hedge fund and alternative investments. From 1986 to 1992, she also ran a real estate partnership, both in Greenwich, Connecticut. From 1978 to 1985, she was an officer at Citibank, focused on lending and new business development. She also held senior positions in marketing at the bank. Ms Becker graduated from Wellesley College Phi Beta Kappa and Durant Scholar (Summa Cum Laude). She also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
