Daryl Yap

Bio

Mr. Yap joined Bregal in July 2010 as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining Bregal, Mr. Yap worked in the Leveraged Finance Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he executed leveraged buyouts, corporate acquisitions, refinancings and debtor-in-possession financings across various industries. Prior to that, Mr. Yap served two and a half years in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Sergeant in the Bridging Engineer Battalion. Mr. Yap received a BS in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he was a Stern Scholar.
