Dave Bury

Bio

Mr. Bury is a Vice President at Normandy Real Estate Partners and is responsible for directing the property management activities of the New York portfolio as well as assisting in acquisition due diligence. Prior to joining Normandy, he was a General Manager with Glenborough Realty Trust, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania portfolio. Mr. Bury has over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, managing over 5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail property in several different markets including Boston, New Jersey and now Manhattan. Mr. Bury is a graduate of Blackpool College of Engineering (UK) as well as Northeastern University Boston. Mr. Bury, in an active member of Boma NY and Boma NJ where he has achieved his RPA designation.
