David Espitallier

Bio

David is a Principal at Finaventures. He is responsible for analyzing and recommending investments, performing due diligences, and leading transaction teams. As such, he plays an active role in deal sourcing, structuring, execution and monitoring of transactions, but also investor relations and fundraising activities. Prior to joining the firm David was a manager at KPMG Transaction Services in Paris. He completed the audits for 12 acquisitions for Finaventures as well as other various advisory assignments (buy and sell side due diligences, valuation, etc) for international clients in Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Morocco and was also involved in restructuring assignments. His sector expertise included insurance, banking, telecommunications and new technologies. David began his career as organization consultant at Société Général and then as statutory auditor (financial services) in KPMG Paris and London for clients such as HSBC and Credit Suisse. He is a graduate of Reims Management School in France.
