David J Kass

Bio

David J Kass joined Wellspring in 1997. Prior to joining Wellspring, David was a vice president and chief financial officer of CW Group, an early stage healthcare venture capital group. While at CW, David was actively involved in the management of several portfolio companies, including CareAdvantage Inc, a public managed care company, where he served as interim president. For the six years prior to CW, David was a director and senior manager of Genetrix Inc (formerly MediGene Inc), a venture backed genetic services organization. David received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics with concentrations in finance and accounting from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
