Bio

Donna is Chief Financial Officer at Alternative Investment Management. Prior to joining the firm, Donna worked for Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, a leading hedge fund. As Senior Accountant, she focused on the daily and monthly financial reporting for multi-strategy hedge funds and managed accounts that traded in a broad range of products including: convertible arbitrage, distressed securities and long/short equity. Prior to that, Donna was employed at International Fund Services (IFS), a State Street Company. As Accounting Manager, she was responsible for all the aspects of the financial administration for numerous multi-strategy hedge funds and fund of funds. In this role, she managed all related accounting, tax, client service, legal and brokerage relationships. Preceding her employment at IFS, Donna worked as a Supervisor for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. She was responsible for calculating and releasing the daily NAV to NASDAQ for the Mortgage Backed, Municipal Bonds and Emerging Markets units. Ms. Little graduated with honors from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, with a B.S. in Accounting. She is a member of Delta Mu Delta, the International Honor Society in Business Administration.
