Frank Cohen

Since joining Blackstone in 1996, Mr Cohen has been involved in a variety of real estate transactions, encompassing all property types throughout the United States. Most recently, he played a key role in Blackstone’s acquisitions of Equity Office Properties Trust, CarrAmerica Realty Corporation and Trizec Properties. He has also been responsible for many of Blackstone’s other office acquisitions, including Boca Corporate Center and Campus in Boca Raton and the Park Place office campus in Irvine, as well as several joint venture investment relationships. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr Cohen was in the acquisitions group at Heitman Financial, where he was involved in numerous real estate acquisitions. He currently serves as a Director of Equity Office Properties and CarrAmerica Realty and on the board of TRZ Holdings LLC, the parent company of Trizec Properties Inc.
