Frank J Loverro

Bio

Frank J. Loverro joined Kelso in 1993. He spent the preceding three years in the private equity investment and high yield groups at The First Boston Corporation. Mr. Loverro is currently a director of Delphin Shipping LLC, Hunt Marcellus, LLC, Oceana Therapeutics LLC and Poseidon Containers Holdings LLC. In addition, he is active in the Firm’s investment in KAR Auction Services, Inc. He also was active in past investments which include 21st Century Newspapers, Inc., Buckeye Partners L.P., Charter Communications, Inc., Eagle Bulk Shipping, Inc., Ellis Communications, Inc., Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Nortek, Inc., Unilab Corporation and Universal Outdoor, Inc. He is currently a Trustee of Prep for Prep, a New York-based non-profit organization, as well as a Director of the Connecticut Audubon Society. He received a B.A. in Economics with Distinction from the University of Virginia in 1991.
