Bio
Mr. Seidman is a Partner of CSCP and Founding Principal of Capital Solutions, Inc., and is primarily responsible for managing the group's capital base. Prior to founding Capital Solutions, Mr. Seidman was a Co-Founder and Managing Director with Balanced Capital, a Philadelphia based private equity and real estate investment firm. Prior to Balanced Capital, Mr. Seidman was a Co-Founder and Principal of Preferred Real Estate Investments Inc. Mr. Seidmans early career included operating as a CPA with Laventhol & Horwath, an international certified public accountancy. Frank holds an undergraduate degree from Drexel University in Business Administration and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("PICPA").
