Leads the origination activities at Gresham where he is responsible for actively developing direct relationships with companies throughout the country as well as identifying potential bolt-on acquisitions for Gresham portfolio companies. Joined Gresham in June 2001 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was head of deal origination for the private equity teams across the Midlands. Formerly a Chartered Insurer with Axa PPP Healthcare plc. Prior to this, served as a Royal Marine Commando and specialised in Jungle Warfare. Mentor for the Prince's Trust and is actively involved in mentoring disadvantaged young people starting their own businesses.
