Over 10 years Corporate Finance and Private Equity investing experience. Spent over 8 years at KPMG in their Consumer & Industrial Markets team within the Corporate Finance practice, and where he transacted over 50 deals which included Public Takeovers, IPO's, Public Company M&A, Business valuation, MBO's and buy and sell side mandates. Moved into private equity as an Investment Manager at RJD Partners in 2007 where he completed the buyout of IPES, an onshore and offshore fund administration businesses. Joined the Core Capital in 2009 and Crossbridge Capital in 2010. Is managing both new transactions and existing investments. BEng in Civil Engineering at The University of Bristol. Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
