Jesse Chen

Bio

Jesse Chen co-founded BusLogic, Inc. in 1988 and served as President and CEO from its inception. BusLogic designed and manufactured Bus Interface ASICs, SCSI adapters & disk array software and was a success from the beginning. Under Mr. Chen's leadership, the company grew from its original two founding members to a 140-employee company, with over twenty-two consecutive profitable quarters before it was acquired in February 1996. BusLogic's investors gained over sixty times the return on their investments within six years. Jesse Chen has served as Chairman of the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association (Chinese High Tech Executives Club) since 1998 and served as Chairman of its Silicon Valley Chapter in 1997. Monte Jade has more than 1,000 high tech corporate members through out US, Canada & Asia with more than 50 of them public companies.
