Jim Carolan

Bio

Jim Carolan is a principal in Carolan & Company, a business development consulting firm. He has over thirty years of managerial and executive experience with Johnson and Johnson, Union Carbide and most recently with Lydall Inc, an industrial manufacturing company. Jim has gained extensive operations, planning, international and marketing experience as a senior executive, officer and Director with Lydall and has been President of that firm’s automotive, specialty papers, medical products and filtration businesses. He also served as an Executive Vic President of the company as well as a Member of the Board of Directors. His extensive operations experience has helped him to develop expertise in resolving strategic issues and developing growth plans for small and medium sized businesses. Jim holds a BS degree from Fordham University.
