With twelve years of experience in aviation and transportation, including in management consulting, government and finance, Justin manages the Chicago office of NEXA and leads NEXA’s interactions with institutional investment partners. Justin advises companies and institutions whose technologies and solutions are positioned for significant growth across multiple modes of transportation and are focused on the critical issues of security and sustainability. A founding member of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in November 2001, and former Assistant Administrator of TSA, Justin set up the agency’s credentialing and vetting activities, and was responsible for more than a dozen programs in these areas, overseeing an office of 125 people, several hundred contractors, and a more than $150 million budget. Justin conducts newspaper and radio interviews, has appeared on CNN, has testified before Congress. At Arthur Andersen, he served airline, airport, financial sector and other industry clients in the U.S., Asia, and Europe and was one of the youngest managers in the firm’s history.
