Mr. Rosenberry joined EEF as a General Partner in 2010. Prior to joining EEF, Mr. Rosenberry was a Senior Managing Director of MTS Health Investors, a middle market private equity firm focused on recapitalizations and buyouts within the healthcare industry. While a member of MTS since 2000, Mr. Rosenberry led the MTS investments in Alere Medical (disease management), Loving Care Agency (pediatric home care), Senior Home Care (adult home care), Chamberlin Edmonds (revenue cycle management) and DNA Diagnostics Center (laboratory testing services) and served on the Board of Directors of eight portfolio companies. Mr. Rosenberry began his career as a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns, where he focused exclusively on mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare industry.
