Laurie Gerber

Bio

Laurie Gerber is Great Hill Partners' Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Laurie was Chief Financial Officer at Meditrust Corporation. While at Meditrust, she managed the accounting, tax, treasury, information systems, and investor relations areas. She directed the capital market activities, external and internal financial reporting, and financial planning activities of the $6 billion paired share REIT. Prior to Meditrust, Laurie was a partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP where she was responsible for audit, tax and consulting services for pre-IPO and large and small publicly held companies in the utility, real estate, investment management firms and med-tech industries. Laurie is a CPA and holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
