Mark Grabowski

Bio

Mark Grabowski is a Principal at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. Grabowski was a Senior Associate at American Capital Strategies where he focused on leveraged buyouts and financings of middle market companies. Prior to American Capital, Mr. Grabowski worked with Alvarez & Marsal on the restructuring of The Warnaco Group, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Grabowski worked at AEA Investors, a middle market focused leveraged buyout fund. Prior to AEA, he was in the Financial Sponsors Group of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Grabowski is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College with an A.B. degree in Economics. He received an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
