Bio

Mark‘s primary responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company monitoring. He also works closely with Quantum’s portfolio companies on such activities as raising and structuring debt or additional equity, providing merger, acquisition and divestiture advice and executing commodity hedges. Prior to joining Quantum, Mark worked as an Analyst in the Power and Utilities investment banking group at UBS in New York, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings and strategic advisory assignments for clients engaged in the power generation, alternative energy, and utilities spaces. Mark graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, earning a B.B.A. with emphases in Finance and Accounting.
