Managing Director in the Human Resources Group and is based in London. Since joining Blackstone, was responsible for directing the efforts of the Human Resources Department in New York, which include recruiting, compensation, systems, benefits, HR policies and procedures and other personnel-related issues. Now serves that role for their international offices. Before joining Blackstone in 2001, was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, where she managed the HR functions for the firm’s General Counsel and Communications & Public Affairs groups. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, was with Alliance Capital for eight years as Vice President of Human Resources. BA in Business from Loras College. MA from Columbia University.
