Michelle J. Brauner joined the Firm in 1995 and is responsible for managing portfolio assets, including sale transactions and evaluation of project investment opportunities and financings. Ms. Brauner has 23 years of experience in domestic and international power project management and development, covering a wide spectrum of technologies. Prior to joining EIF, Ms. Brauner was a Project Manager at Generation Ventures Associates (GVA), a U.S.-based subsidiary of British Gas Plc, and at the AES Corporation, leading multidisciplinary project development activities ranging from financial analysis and commercial negotiation to technical, environmental, and community relations for power. Prior to joining GVA, Ms. Brauner was an Associate in Strategy and Planning at Asea Brown Boveri where she analyzed marketing synergies and competitive strategy across company subsidiaries in the power industry. Ms. Brauner began her career at ICF Incorporated in the Energy Group, providing support on coal and electric utility issues. She received an Sc.B. in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University and a Masters in Public and Private Management from the School of Management at Yale University.
