Paul has over 30 years of professional experience in accounting, finance and management at various senior level positions. He currently serves on the board of Knowledge Adventure as well as the board and Audit Committee of HomeStore (NASDAQ: HOMS) and the board of Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC). He has also served on the boards of Genuity and InterGen N.V. Paul is a Senior Advisor to TeleSoft. Paul recently retired as Vice Chairman of the Bechtel Group, a privately held engineering and construction company. During his 25 year tenure with Bechtel, he served as manager of financial systems development, treasurer and controller, as well as vice chairman of Bechtel Group from 2001 to 2002 and president of Bechtel Enterprises, Bechtel's project finance, development, and investment arm from 1997 to 2001. Previously, Paul was the Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse Coopers, and an Officer in the U.S. Army Finance Corp. While President of Bechtel Enterprises; Paul was responsible for investments in internet infrastructure and privatized power, airports, water, rail and telecoms. He was a founder and/or director of Genuity (acquired by GTE), InterGen N.V., a Shell-Bechtel Joint Venture; Alterra Partners, a Singapore Changi – Bechtel Joint Venture, International Water Limited, and the Incepta Ventures Fund (Telecoms). With substantial experience in software development and implementation Paul has led several major software initiatives and was responsible for both internal development and the roll out of Oracle Financials Application for Bechtel. In 1990, Paul served as the founding president of the Oracle Applications Users Group now one of the leading user group in the software industry. He currently serves on the board of Knowledge Adventure as well as the board and Audit Committee of HomeStore (NASDAQ: HOMS) and the board of Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC). He has also served on the boards of Genuity and InterGen N.V. Paul is a Senior Advisor to TeleSoft. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, received an M.S. in Accounting and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Dakota.

Education
