Pete Bernardoni

Bio

Prior to Wavepoint, Pete directed a team of investment professionals at Technology Funding, a $315 million family of funds. Pete was responsible for deal flow generation, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio company management, taking the lead in the financial analysis of key investment opportunities while maintaining responsibility for ongoing oversight of several portfolio companies in the life sciences and technology sectors. Pete has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Santa Clara.
