Philip Barak

Bio

Has been a financial executive, venture capital partner and deal negotiator for nearly 20 years. He is a General Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Nazem and Company. Mr Barak has been responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, as well as structuring and negotiating equity and debt financings. He has worked with companies from the startup stage through IPO. Mr Barak works with the portfolio companies to insure accountability, budgetary compliance, financial performance and plan business and exit strategies. He works closely with companies at the startup stage, assisting them in preparing detailed forecasts and establishing operating procedures. Has served on the various Boards of Directors including several public and private companies. BS in Accounting. Certified Public Accountant.
