Co-founded Lyceum and was CEO until 2009. Now full-time Chairman, concentrating on investments and portfolio company development. Chairs the Lyceum Funds' Investment Committees. Over the last 25 years has worked in private equity and related M&A, corporate development and turnarounds in Europe and the US. Before founding Lyceum, developed and managed the European private equity operations at Investcorp. MA in Economics from Magdalene College, Cambridge and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PwC).
