Robert Gladden

Bio

Mr. Gladden has 4 years of private equity investment experience and over 32 years of experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2006 as a member of the operating team, Mr. Gladden has been involved in investment management activities. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Gladden was Executive Vice President of Omnitronics L..L.C., an electronics manufacturer in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1996 to 2006. From 1996 to 1997, he was Executive Vice President of Novis Marine, a manufacturer of luxury sailboats marketed under the Tartan and C&C brand names. Before 1990 he held various executive positions in the real estate development industry. A Cleveland native, Mr. Gladden holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Ohio University.
