Joined Impax in January 2006 and played a key role in the NEF I acquisition of the Spanish solar PV portfolio providing valuation and risk analysis while supporting investment execution and managing technical due diligence. Has also worked to develop relationships with developers across Europe and North America. Prior to Impax, in the project finance group at Investec Bank in London, where, for four years, he was involved in raising senior bank debt and bond finance for sponsors as well as evaluating principal mezzanine debt opportunities in the New Energy Sector. Advised on equity and subordinated debt investment structuring in support of private equity sponsors bidding for infrastructure projects mostly in the UK with assets of between £40 million and £1 billion. Joined Investec after working as an analyst in the fixed income division at Goldman Sachs in London. BA from McGill University in Canada with majors in both economics and political science.
