Ryan Wald

Bio

Mr. Wald is a member of the Gores investment committee and responsible for leading the execution and negotiation of certain Gores acquisitions and divestitures in the U.S. Prior to joining Gores in 1999, Mr. Wald was in CIBC Oppenheimer’s investment banking group, where he worked on a variety of assignments, including public equity, debt security underwritings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory assignments. Mr. Wald currently serves on the Board of Directors of Diagnostic Health Corp., Lineage Power, Stock Building Supply and Vincotech. Previously, Mr. Wald was a director of Enterasys Networks, Global Tel*Link, Wire One Communications and Real Software. Mr. Wald received his B.B.A in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
