Bio

Prior to joining Partech, Scott was a Principal at Arthur Young & Company and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where Scott specialized in audits of information technology companies with a focus on public offerings. While at Ernst & Young, Scott was a consultant in the West Region Office in Los Angeles responsible for the technical review of SEC filings and consulting with partners in the Western United States on complex accounting and auditing matters. Scott returned to San Francisco as a Bay Area technical reviewer. Scott also headed Ernst & Young’s Southern California recruiting effort, and was a national education instructor and alumni committee member. At Partech Scott operates as in-house counsel, as well as being responsible for firm-related finance and tax matters. Scott received his BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and is a CPA (non-active) in California.
