Bio

Sherman I. Chu Managing Member, co-founded Grayhawk Capital in 1999. Mr. Chu has more than 20 years of venture capital and private equity experience. Prior to co-founding Grayhawk, Mr. Chu was a Partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners from 1995 to 2008. Mr. Chu started his venture capital career as an Assistant Vice President of Banc One Capital Partners from 1991 to 1995. He served in financial positions for several other firms prior to joining Banc One Capital Partners. Mr. Chu has served on the board of 11 privately held companies. Mr. Chu holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
