Prior to co-founding Kelso Place, worked at Goldman Sachs between 1991 and 1999, where he was a Managing Director from 1996. Mr Kearsey joined Goldman Sachs as a corporate bond trader in the FICC Division in London and was subsequently promoted to head of Eurobond trading, emerging markets and high yield trading. In his early career, worked at CSFB and Deutsche Bank Capital Markets.
