Mr de Monclin was the founder of Surgery Online in 1997, a company involved in the health care industry which raised € 5 Million in capital, Previously he was the Director of on line services for Liris Interactive of the Havas Group where he oversaw the launch of Cadreonline. He previously served as the General Manager of Matra Hachette Multimedia where he successfully managed several external growth operations. With the Axime company he participated in developing their business as the Commercial and Marketing Director of the multimedia division. His professional experience took him to the US for two years where he was successively the General Manage of Teletex Inc, then President of Questel Inc. He began his career with McDonnell Douglas as a commercial Engineer in the telecom division. In 2000 Mr de Monclin joined Chausson Finance as an Associate Director before creating his own consultancy in 2002, which completed several capital raising and merger and acquisition operations in association with Chausson Finance. In 2004 he co-founded Aelios Finance He is also Conference Master at the HEC
