Bio

T.J. leads Osprey Capital Group’s Lending and Factoring Services. He has been involved in bridge and mezzanine financing over the past 9 years, developing relationships with private investors to raise money to fund complex commercial transactions. T.J. spent six years with the Diamond Mortgage and Investment Group underwriting and performing due diligence on commercial deals to attract investors to fund deals. He also founded M.R.P., Inc., a bridge loan lending institution and commercial property acquisition firm. Combined, these two companies have funded a total of $90,000,000 with private capital to acquire multi-family apartment buildings of all classes, shopping centers and office buildings. T.J. was involved with funding a $33,000,000 office complex. T.J. is a candidate for the Florida Bar Exam in the summer of 2011.
