Tom Fishman

Bio

Tom joined Cobalt in 2003 and oversees acquisition activities for the REIT. He has extensive experience in the acquisition and operation of commercial properties. Prior to joining Cobalt, he was Asset Manager at Prescott Realty Group, a private real estate firm where he directed the leasing and management of a four million square foot national office portfolio. Tom worked as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at American Industrial Properties where he was responsible for the performance of a national portfolio of flex and light industrial properties. Tom began his career as an accountant with both Trammell Crow Company and JPI. He received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi. Tom is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
