Prior to joining PDPE, Ulf was a Partner and CFO at Nordwind Capital, a private equity investor in companies with significant earnings improvement potential in German speaking Europe. Prior to Nordwind he acted as CFO of stock exchange listed Kleindienst Datentechnik AG where in addition to his CFO role he was responsible for the Outsourcing Service business line. Ulf had a leading role in improving the company’s financial performance which led to the successful sale of a major division. His earlier work experience included finance and controlling at California Kleindienst Holding GmbH. Ulf received his MBA (Dipl.Kfm.) from the University of Bielefeld.
