Anders R Ferguson

Bio

Over his 25 year career, Mr Ferguson has been actively involved in the sale or purchase of more than 10 wellness firms. He is nationally recognized as a business leader in the organic foods and Generative corporate governance practices. Most recently, Mr Ferguson was Chairman of the Northeast Cooperative, an Organic food cooperative which he helped grow its revenues 20 times to $125 million and then sold to United National Foods (UNFI) in 2002. He has also served as CEO of New England Country Dairy and has been a Board member of Cherry Hill Cooperative Cannery and founded the Northeast Energy Cooperative Initiative. Mr Ferguson founded and is Co-Chair of “Spirit in Business”, which connects a community of organizations and people in leadership positions who are involved in the practical exploration of how inner values, psychology and the mind affect leadership and business practices and corporate profitability. Mr Ferguson graduated from Oberlin College with a BA in History and Environmental Studies.
