Andrew M Winn

Bio

Mr. Winn has 15 years of experience in real estate, investment management and financial services. Prior to forming Centura, he was a principal at Argosy Real Estate where he built relationships with new operating partners, identified and assessed investment opportunities and monitored property investments. During his career, he has advised on more than $250 million in joint venture equity and debt financing structures for various income producing properties, development projects and hospitality companies including Marriott International and InterContinental Hotels and Resorts. He also has directed the real estate efforts and development portfolio for Yum Brands, Inc. (parent of Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC) in the Mid-Atlantic region. As an assistant vice president at Wellington Management Company, he was responsible for institutional client relationships of over $2 billion, and he began his career as an investment banker at UBS Warburg. Mr. Winn earned a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University, and a Business Degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
