Focuses on the management of the early stage portfolio. Prior to joining Octopus, worked as a business angel investor and strategic consultant to small businesses. Earlier in his career, was Managing Director of Porvair International Ltd, Scotfresh Ltd, Irish Leathers Ltd and Holmes Halls Tanners Ltd, before setting up a strategic consultancy business that concentrated on SMEs. Over 30 years' experience in senior line management. Director of SI Seafarms and also represents Octopus on the boards of 21Net, Cyclops, Intamac Systems, Phase Vision, Steribottle and Metrasens.
