Bio
Apoorva joined Lightspeed Advisory Services India in 2010 and is a member of the team advising the firm’s investment activities in India. Prior to Lightspeed, Apoorva was a senior consultant at A.T Kearney and focused on industries including energy, telecom, aerospace and media. While at A.T Kearney, Apoorva advised corporates on growth & turnaround strategies, business diversification and M&A. He was actively involved in developing Wimax and 3G auction strategies for telecom majors in India and Thailand. Apoorva has authored and presented a technical paper on active mechanical vibration control for shell structures constituting building blocks of aircraft cabins, ship hulls and bodies of rockets and missiles in the 3rd International conference on Smart Materials, Structures and Systems in Italy which was subsequently published in a Swiss journal. Apoorva holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
