As the Managing Partner at the private equity investment firm, Lewis Hollingsworth LP (LHLP), Mr. Hollingsworth is engaged in review and acquisition integration, corporate governance and major transformation and strategic planning programs. Prior to joining LHLP in 1989, he was an investment banker at Paine Webber Incorporated and CS First Boston Corporation. In this capacity, he completed numerous public offerings, private financings, divestitures, acquisitions, and take-over defenses. Mr. Hollingsworth currently serves on the boards of Zale Lipshy University Hospital, St. Paul University Hospital, Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, Dallas Symphony Orchestra Retirement Plan, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Foundation. He is a past Chairman of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce and also has served as the Vice Chairman of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority, the City of Dallas Reinvestment Zone Board, the City of Dallas Privatization Technical Subcommittee and the LBJ Executive Board which developed the construction plan for IH 635 Freeway. He is also chairman of LHLP’s portfolio company, Belding Hausman Incorporated and NTOF's portfolio company, InStaff Personnel, Inc. A Harvard College Scholar, Arthur Hollingsworth earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University and has served as Chairman of the Harvard Club of Dallas. He is an inductee in the Harvard Varsity Club Hall of Fame.
