Bio

Brian J. Becker is a Senior Financial Analyst for Strattech Partners, LLC based in Radnor, PA. Strattech Partners, LLC is a consulting and venture capital firm focused on developing growth stage companies. Mr. Becker has served as interim controller for FASTNET Corporation, a regional Internet Service Provider. In this position, he was responsible for SEC reporting and accounting integration of a key acquisition contributing over $7 million in annual revenues. In this capacity, he also created the Company annual budget and monthly financial reporting packages reviewed by management and the board of directors. The Company had quarterly revenues of approximately $11 million, representing approximately 32% growth over the previous quarter. Mr. Becker has also served other portfolio companies in various capacities, including creation and maintenance of a financial model for Zon Capital Partners, a venture fund with goals of reaching $75 million in private and government equity. Mr. Becker has also assisted Fastnet, an Internet connectivity company located in Bethlehem, PA in several areas, including assistance with the accounting integration of various acquisitions, most recently Netaxs, a local provider located in Conshohocken, PA with revenues in excess of $7 million. Among other duties, Mr. Becker quantified and assisted in the negotiation of vendor payable disputes totaling greater than $1 million. Mr. Becker fulfills various duties internally at Strattech, LLC including preparation of financial statements for the consulting entity and Strattech Partners I LP, a $12 million venture fund. Mr. Becker is also responsible for the preparation of financial reports for the E. Murdoch Foundation, which is a family foundation that makes donations to local deserving charities. Prior to joining Strattech Partners, LLC, Mr. Becker worked over two years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC in the Financial Advisory Services Group. While at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he performed both audits and financial consulting engagements for a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Crown, Cork & Seal, Hercules, General Electric, T. Rowe Price and Bank of America. Mr. Becker is licensed as a CPA in Pennsylvania and is an active member on several committees for the PICPA. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelors of Science in Accounting, with a minor in Business Law.
