Cynthia Fanikos

Bio

Cindy joined North Hill Ventures as a Vice President of Finance in 2008. Prior to North Hill, Cindy spent six years at Capital One as both a manager of Treasury Accounting and as a consultant within Capital One's Treasury Infrastructure Group, where she supported the migration of Treasury and Accounting Operations as a result of acquisitions and system integrations. Prior to joining Capital One, she served as the Taxation and Debt Manager for the University of Virginia, where she functioned as an accounting lead on the transition of the University’s business systems to Oracle general ledger and funds management software applications. Cindy started her career as an auditor within the Assurance and Advisory Business Group of Ernst and Young, LLP. Cindy received a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Boston College, and for over a decade she has held the Certified Public Accountant designation.
