Daniel Kang

Bio

Principal at LMP and has participated in the analysis and structuring of several investments including Arrowstreet Capital, Centurion Capital Group and Berkeley Capital Management. He also led the due diligence and analysis efforts for investments in ClariVest Asset Management, Shenandoah Asset Management, StoneRidge Investment Partners, Smith Graham & Company and PowellJohnson. Danny joined LMP from Putnam Lovell NBF where he participated in the analysis and due diligence efforts on transactions such as the sale of Founders Asset Management to Mellon Bank. Danny also previously worked as a Project Manager at BizBuyer.com, a Santa Monica-based e-commerce firm backed by several major venture capital firms. Member of the Boards of Directors of Arrowstreet Capital, Clarivest Asset Management, and Smith Graham & Company. Graduated from the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
