Bio
Prior to joining Beringea, David was an analyst with P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF), a middle-market investment bank in Chicago. While at PMCF, David executed M&A transactions for companies in the business services and life sciences industries. Before working at PMCF, David was an associate portfolio manager with the Northern Trust Company, a global asset management firm in Chicago. David serves as a board director for Beringea portfolio company Livio Radio. He also is a board member of the New Enterprise Forum, an organization that connects entrepreneurs with capital and resources to help them prosper and grow. MBA at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and received a BBA from Western Michigan University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
