Chief Investment Officer for Hamilton Bradshaw and has been with the company since it’s inception in 2004. Has been instrumental in every investment Hamilton Bradshaw has made within the staffing sector. In addition his tenure at HBPE has included the acquisition and disposal of a number of investments including property, leisure, serviced offices, care homes and retail. Provides essential support to each transaction and advises on all commercial agreement negotiations, financing and fund raising, due diligence and legalities. Previously, was trained at Unilever, where he held a number of commercial accounting and finance roles internationally. Director of, sits on, and advises the boards of some 15 recruitment investments ranging from £1m in t/o to £180m within sectors such as social and health care, IT & Telecoms, Engineering & Technical, Sales & Marketing, Investment Banking and Executive Support. Qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds ACMA accreditation in the UK, furthered with an MBA gained from London Business School in 2003.
