Diane joined the Marwood Group in February 2010 to co-head its new private equity fund, Marwood Capital Health Investors. She continues, however, to manage the CCP portfolio companies that she sponsored, including representing CCP on those boards. Diane joined CCP Equity Partners in 2000 and specializes in healthcare services, specialty managed care, disease management, healthcare information technologies and related outsourcing services. Diane has several years of healthcare services operating experience in addition to private equity investing experience with GE Capital and Signal Capital. She is a past President of the Hartford Chapter of the Connecticut Venture Group and sat on its statewide board from 1998 - 2005. Board member of Cogent Healthcare, Inc.; Prism Education Group, Inc., Prior Board Positions - RelayHealth Corporation; Zoologic, Inc. Ms. Diane holds a BA degree in Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
