Eric Milledge

Bio

Eric joined the Endeavour Vision team as Venture Partner in October 2009. His role is to work with the team on new Life Sciences investments and contribute to the development of the portfolio. Eric currently serves as Chairman of the board for a number of Endeavour II LP investments including Symetis and CeQur. He is also a member of the board for several US companies including Nfocus and DFB Pharmaceuticals as well as additional start up companies. Eric P. Milledge was previously a company group chairman of Johnson & Johnson. He was responsible for LifeScan, Inc., and was also a member of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Group Operating Committee. Mr. Milledge began his Johnson & Johnson career in 1973 as a sales representative for the company’s affiliate Ortho Canada. He advanced through sales and marketing management positions and became a member of the Ortho Canada Management Board in 1981. In 1986 he relocated to the U.S. as national sales manager of Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation. He then progressed to vice president, corporate development and vice president, sales and marketing for Ortho U.S. In 1991, Mr. Milledge became president of Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation and in 1993 he was named president for the newly created Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. He was named company group chairman for Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. in June 1998. Mr. Milledge served on the board of the Liberty Science Center and the Epilepsy Foundation. In 1995 he served as Chairman of the United Way of Somerset County (NJ). Among his community activities, Mr. Milledge is a trustee to Martin House for Justice Foundation focused on better community housing in Trenton, NJ.
