Managing Director for UK Direct Investments, with principal responsibility for the Strategic Partners UK Fund series. Has over 21 years of experience in the UK commercial property industry and has been involved in all phases of the real estate investment process, including equity capital raising, fund structuring, debt financing, property acquisitions, asset management and sales. Directly involved in transactions valued in excess of £1.9 billion and was previously responsible for managing the UK balanced property portfolio of the Akzo Nobel (CPS) Pension Scheme (formerly Courtaulds) for seven years and the Central London office portfolio of City Parochial Foundation for three years. Prior to joining CBRE Investors in 1996, spent four years at St. Quintin, responsible for providing investment advice to the Royal Insurance Pension Fund and management of the National and Provincial Building Society Pension Fund. BA degree (Combined Honours) in History and Politics from Exeter University.
