Co-founder and a general partner in the North Texas Opportunity Fund, Greg Campbell has been instrumental in bringing economic development to underserved communities in the North Texas area. As a Partner with the private merchant banking firm, Best Associates, Mr. Campbell has been involved in originating and structuring transactions, direct investment and recruiting, supporting and advising the management of associated entities. Previously, Mr. Campbell served as President of Campbell Consulting Group, a middle-market management consulting firm and was Managing Partner of Solomon Partners, a commercial and residential developer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Campbell held senior management positions with PepsiCo, Pepsi Cola, Frito-Lay and CPC International. Once honored as one of Business Week's "Top 50 Corporate Executives Under 35," Mr. Campbell was also selected as Texas Male Entrepreneur of the Year by the Austin Metropolitan Resource Center. He is founding director and chairman of both the National Black Business Council in Washington, D.C. and The Greater Dallas Chamber's Small Business Council. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
