Mr Zeprun joined Trident in February 2002 as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Mr Zeprun is responsible for managing their internal processes, internal legal affairs, limited partner relations, and the processes of investment and investment liquidity. Mr Zeprun was previously a corporate and securities partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the leading law firm serving the technology community, where he worked closely with Trident on investments and other fund matters since inception of the first fund. Mr Zeprun's experience also includes three years as Corporate Counsel at Apple Computer Inc, where he served as principal counsel for corporate and securities matters such as board and officerlevel issues, investor relations, public reporting, and strategic acquisitions and investments. Mr Zeprun holds a BS in Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a BS in Economics from Wharton School of Commerce and Finance, University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Harvard Law School.
